Kalloni was the first company in this sector to introduce the sale of its products in glass jars. The range currently includes a variety of salted fish & fillets (anchovies, sardines, mackerels), smoked fish & fillets (mackerels, herrings), fillets of marinated fish, wet salted cod &fillets, tarama products and four different types of olives including the traditional local type of Throuba coming from the island Thassos. The products are disposed in a variety of different types of packaking (tins, jars and plastic trays), and different sizes both for loose sale and for standardized individual packaging.
